THE PLIGHT OF THE NATION:-“UNDER ESTIMATION OF TALENT”

Nowadays Brain drain have became a problem for India  because  growing talent is approaching towards abroad for getting motivation and facilities.Actually what’s the reason behind this brain drain?.Why were  these IITs opened?. For  what purpose  they  were opened by  the Pandit Jawaherlal Nehru  only because of scientific growth  for nation. We think behind  the  success of any developed  nation scientific  growth plays an important  role . Because economic and scientific growth are proportionally related to each other.The economic  growth depends upon agriculture, infrastructure, manufacturing,IT & TELECOM sector. And the growth of these sector largely depends upon the science&technology.But fro where  will this  technology  comes  which had been played an important  role for human civilization?? Who are the captains for  bringing these technologies? Obviously  “Scientists”,”Engineers”,”Doctors”

Are  the captains. These are the building blocks of any country who helps the country to achieve their goals. We are under the  fan being cool on summer days only because of  them We are able to see any thing under the absence of sun light only because of  them.We are connected to each other through Internet only  because of them. We are feeling healthy only because of them. Our life is moving at a very rapid Aspeed only because of them!!!!!!!!!!.Who studies day to night by sacrificing there charming life only for the development of human civilization and growth for  their country.For doing this they want strong motivation and facility by economically, socially,politically time to time for ensuring there better efficiency.So if the motivation of them  would hamper at once.It will be a greater loss for country and human being.In developed nation like “America”,”Europe”,”China”,”Australia”.They are strongly motivated in every aspect.Because There is a political support for them beause these captains  keeps importance for them.But in India conditions are totally reversed.The plight of the nation like India 

the talenting is demotivating totally in every aspect as I mentioned earlier. Awards like”PADAM SHRI”,”PADAM VIBHUSHAN” are the strong motivators for them but it is given to those who don’t deserve for these awards.They are the celebrities who entertains who have not been major role in the growth of nation.By stating the rule by government  that “the organizations like “ISRO”,”DRDO”,”BARC” will not be entitled for these government back awards like”PADAM SHRI”&”PADAM VIBHUSHAN”. Actually these captian has made a strong fault that they are unable to entertain that INDIA wants.Due to  these rules Talent is demotivating and moving to abroad. And Astonishing fact about this country is that they are seeing the dreams to be TECHNOPOWER upto  “2020”. Actually “INDIA HAVE BECAME A HEAVEN FOR ENTERTAINERS AND GRAVEYARD FOR TALENT”. So We want change in government policies. Government should bring such policies so the talent could motivate to come in India who is working abroad contributing in their national  growth instead of India. And  these awards should be given to those CAPTAIN who strongly deserve.
